I called to ask a question as I was having troubles with my attorney, she put me on hold said everyone was busy and no one would help me as I already had an attorney. The problem was I was feeling like they weren’t doing well and was seeking advice from another firm. When I said okay that’s fine she didn’t even bother with a goodbye she just hung up the phone. Very unprofessional and rude. Also the fact you would reply and lie and say I hung up. It’s funny I see someone saying you helped answer a question which is all I needed I was trying to see if I needed a new hire apparently you must not want new customers. Learn customer service then tell me I’m inconsiderate.
