Jeremy is a fantastic attorney who is very knowledgeable and honest. Two qualities that are very hard to find nowadays. We highly recommend him.

Literally worthless. Lawyer never calls back nor do the “receptionists” or “office workers”. They do not get anything done. A process that we were told will take a month took 6 months. Then to top it off they fired the lawyer we were working with and decided to not call and inform us, so after a week or 2 of yet again not hearing back from anyone, we called and they tell us they fired him and to call him. Call him? He doesn’t work there anymore! He didn’t do a anything anyways, let alone after being fired! At the end of it all we ended up paying what we were fighting because they could do paperwork right nor do their job at all.

I found myself in a pretty serious situation in Iowa... and because i was from out of state, I had very few options or leverage with the court system. Tim saved the day, and saved my life... He did something i have never heard of in the criminal court system. Tim was able to get 2 of my 3 charges dropped and was able to completely settle and dispose of my case within 2 weeks of my arrest.... 2 WEEKS, from arrest to sentencing. Unheard of!!! Tim was amazing. Old School, No Nonsense... Knew the system and all of the players. The prosecutors and judge knew him.. and obviously respected him. Thanks Tim. I wouldn't be able to even write this review without your expertise and assistance. His staff was also extremely helpful... They were able to get all of my property returned to me within a month of my sentencing. And most importantly Tim and his staff were able to keep me out of jail. If you need a real lawyer, who can get things done, hire Tim.

I worked with Tom Fowler on two separate accidents. One in 2016 and one in 2017. He was very professional and nice. He was always good about staying in contact and communicating with me about my case. He works very hard for his clients to make sure they get the best service possible and is also very thorough. He is compassionate and understanding and extremely respectful. I recommend Tom to anyone that needs an attorney.

I had Kevin for a lawyer for 13 years and in several hearings. Although I did not get my abducted children back (which was actually the fault of Judge Gregory Hulse and his biased against mothers), Kevin gave me money back! He helped me get through difficult situations. I had lost my dad the night before my hearing and he was able to keep me as calm as possible. In the end, I lost my children due to Judge Hulse wanting incentives for the Fatherhood Initiative, but Kevin never says anything bad about Judges or other attorneys. He thinks outside the box like I do and had great questions for my ex, but the Iowa Bar is against women winning custody in custody modifications so there was no hope for me in 2014. I would still recommend Kevin to others and have sent several people to him. He no longer does family law and I believe he is tired of the nonsense in family court where heresay is allowed and so are false allegations. I expose many lawyers and judges and their actions on YouTube and Kevin Hobbs is NOT in any of them because of his demeanor and likeability. Jodi Mueller on YouTube. Kevin is definitely not one of them and I would recommend him on any criminal case.

Kevin represented me, during a criminal case. He attempted to make the best situation out of what he could. For that, I do thank him. However, we discussed several options to contest the case, or seek deferred judgement. We chose deferred judgement. He stated how the court action would be handled, and after the court, another thing happened, which was totally different, and to me, unexpected. I then attempted to discuss this with him, and he refused to counsel on this issue. If you hire Kevin, be sure to take notes. Good notes.

Mr. Duffy has the experience and knowledge to get the job done. Also a big advantage is he is well known in the court system. I would recommend Mr. Duffy to everybody who is in need of an attorney.
