Mark Hinshaw did a phenomenal job with my case. I can't begin to thank him enough. I would recommend him to anyone with out thinking twice. The firm as a whole is very good at what they do.

Awesome lawyer!! Had a landmark decision in a custody case! Have referred another person to him and she has had great results also. Would highly recommend him!! Will give his name to anyone who is in need of a custody lawyer for men or women. He goes for fairness and honesty!!!

Dissatisfied with service received by hawkeye divorce. Choose Mark Hinshaw as he said completion within 6 weeks. Sadly my divorce took 10 months from application to completion. He was very obliging when I spoke in the beginning but later it turned out to be a disaster as I was not notified of the hidden charges, insufficient advice about children and finances etc etc.. It was indeed stressful dealing with Mark Hinshaw. He never consulted and did things on my behalf without even letting me know. It seems like he and his office is all about money. When sometimes where minor things could have been resolved easily, he would say we should do this or that and file some papers and this would cost extra. Finally the bill was extremely high and the results extremely bad. I will not recommend this lawyer to anyone. Please find an attorney who advises you well and has your interest above their own financial gain.

Mark is a real tool. He finds out very little about your case and his practice is a joke. 3 weeks after I hired this clown he goes before the judge with my ex-wife and tells me to wait in the hall. He goes into see the judge and comes back out and tells me that I'm not allowed in my house anymore. Apparently my ex told him I had already moved out. Imagine that the ex lied?, so I paid this idiot to get me kicked out of my house with no place to go and only the clothes on my back. Do not hire Mark, you will lose!!

Mr. Duffy went above and beyond on my son's case. He did everything he said he would do and made things happen quickly. Mr. Duffy always kept me informed and called me directly and very quick to return my calls also. Very pleased with his services!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience with my uncontested divorce! Ryan, Denise, and staff were excellent to work with! Highly recommend!!

I am a divorced father who was caught in a nasty custody case with my ex wife. After she left the state with my daughter, I tried unsuccessfully to find an attorney that could or would help. Then I found Tim... After meeting with him and his staff, I felt comfortable and confident. They kept me informed and involved every step of the way. My daughter was home a week later WOW. After wining a couple of preliminary hearings, we entered mediation (another brick wall). Tim did not give up. As I write this I can say it is all resolved and things turned out the way I hoped they would. If you want to find an attorney that will go the extra mile for you and treat you like you are just as important as any other client, call Tim Duffy. I can't say enough about Tim, Tess and the rest of his staff.

Ryan has been amazing with my custody case! He has gone way above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of and that I understand everything.

Kevin represented me in 2006 for a workmans compensation case. He was very easy to talk to. He'd explain anything i didnt understand,he also got me a second opinion when the company doctor kept saying there was nothing wrong with me. Kevin got me a settlement that i was pleased with and i would recommend him to anyone!

Took a year to get my child support order addendum in, child support representative even said the attorney "drug their feet". Neglected to notify me of how I was to be paying my child support from then on, and tried to charge me for fixing their mistakes. Attorney put down I was married and had to resubmit the addendum after a YEAR. This has been going on two years now and am just picking up the pieces to fix it. Five thousand dollars in the crap chute. BEST OF LUCK!

I can't put it into words how horrible Mr. Hinshaw is about representation. In fact, the rating sums it up. I would love to divulge more but that would be placing me as low as he is. Don't trust him and don't pay him. That was the quickest waste of $5,000. He has a BIG mouth, and intentions are not in anyone's best interest.I unfortunately padded his wallet. I would strongly suggest that any human would seek other counsel.
