This guy.... DO NOT HIRE HIM! dropped 7k to his office. He nor staff communicate worth a damn. Couldn't even argue to get a court to grant a Bill of Particulars. Would stop on the side of the road to attempt to connect to zoom hearings... I found more reliable case law than he. Then.. he breaches the contract... presents a bill where he charges 300 per hour for his clerk to send emails. It goes on and on. Complaints on the way. As another reviewer mentioned. He pissed off the opposing council right out of the gate. However... I'm suspicious that this may just be a claim as part of a culture of dropping clients. Helping prosecutors and extorting his clients. Even judges frown when his name is spoken

Gave him $3,500 over a PFA. He seemed knowledgeable before hiring. Once hired he didn’t keep in contact never gave a new court date. I had to call the office to get a court date. We eventually dropped the PFA and he agreed with the other parties attorney and went with what they wanted. He then called us and said he can do a Guardian case over kids that are involved but told us he’d have go “study” it since he doesn’t practice it. Be aware he’s in this just for the money and doesn’t represent clients like he should.

Missed a court date and promised a free service after legal issues were over and now won’t return phone calls about the service.

So far so good ill write more after everything has ran its course like I've been hopefully and patiently waiting on since the state gave me a dui after the county that originally filed against me already pulled the charges as they weren't even the truth whatsoever and the PROSECUTING ATTORNEY HAD ALREADY THROWN OUT THE CHARGES BEFORE IMMEDIATELY LETTING ME OUT AS SOON AS HE WAS Made AWARE OF THE FACTS OF THE CASE

Lol where did my review go and who gave him 5 stars? This guy is a rip off I recommend him to no one.

I learned firsthand why his peers call him 'Eddie Bad-attorney' Had to pay him $3,000 before he would speak to us. After paying his office girl in person, he was extremely difficult to get ahold of...so much so that we called the judge to get advice on what to do about it and ultimately had to have a friend visit him on my behalf. Months would go by with no response from him. Add to this 2 wasted 120 mile round-trips to court because he failed to notify me of date changes. Divorce filed in April 2013. Divorce wasn't final until 4th quarter 2016. The hearing was traumatic with E. B. completely unprepared, leaving me to be humiliated by the over-the-top acerbic, animated, attacking commentary of opposing attorney. The judge sided with the opposing attorney, even on the most outrageous of claims like he believed my ex- was not aware that I had achieved an MBA(together since 1992) and that it was okay that the ex- shut off my health insurance after he fractured my elbow, the bills incurred were my responsibility. These are just the highlights of an all-around horrific experience. Then, to make things even worse, he had me sign paperwork on the day I gave his office girl $3,000, letting him keep all the money no matter what(this should have been a red flag for me but my life was turned upside down at the time and I was vulnerable). One of the 2 cases I paid him for was canceled but he never refunded the $1,500 he had required up front. It has been over 4 years since my last dealings with Eddie Battitori and the pain and humiliation I endured during an already upsetting life event won't soon be forgotten.

Terrible lawyer altogether, i know all people in the legal buisness are in it for the money thats kindve a given, right? But this guy is literaly the embodiment of the saying "take the money and run" i feel like i could've gotten a better deal representing myself than what this clown edward battitori achieved! If your considering using this guy do yourself a favor.... DONT!

Great lawyer!! Gave me great advice and fought for me every step of the way!! Will definitely recommend him to everyone I know
