Phillip is the absolute best bondsman and friend. He has the resources to help people once they get out of jail. He was always fast and sufficient at his job amazing. I highly recommend 2nd Chance bail bonds to anyone trying to get there loved ones out of jail. I have used him numerous times, and I will never use I another bondman ever again. He’s good at his job. He works with you on payments that you can afford. Overall I wish I could give him a million star review but it only lets me choose 5. He’s also helped me over come many obstacles in life, I’m apart of 2nd Chance sober Living here in Eldorado and because of him and the resources he has I have beat addiction and I’m 15 months clean.
