Monte was there from day one until the very last part! I may have felt defeated at times but he was there to reassure me. I let monte take control 98% of the time as he knew what he is doing however he always asked what I wanted to sincerely do. In the end we both win! Thanks Monte!

Monte Miller has always taken care of me with prompt attention when necessary and a vast knowledge bank of information ... I should know, I've used him for several different types of service. Hell, I've even been on the other side of his services and still respect him.

BEWARE: Unorganized and frivolous firm. They don't follow contractural obligations, instead they knowingly drag out cases longer than necessary, only adding to their client's bill. Honestly, I've heard of others experiencing similar issues as I have with this same firm. The firm has a reputation of "seeking out" cases in Emporia. They definitely do NOT show the INTEGRITY you would look for in a law firm that's there to honor and protect the law.

Very helpful and understanding, I have even forgotten a fee and they have been awesome. No mean letters, just good people.

Let me be the first to say that I wasn't just another paycheck in a Lawyers pocket. All the way from the first phone call I felt as though every staff member I encountered alll the way up to Monte, Really cared about Feelings and Needs in my judicial matter(s) That's right it was plural and I was very scared. The Office was very prompt about getting me copies of the police findings, and all other paperwork associated. Not even once did I feel like I got put aside. A Huge Thank You To Monte and All the Staff. HIRING THEM WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY SPENT!!!!!!
