I don't know who would want to hire an attorney who does not have any Backbone or the Kahuna's to let someone know that they owe a bill as Trummel claimed that I did. I hired Trummel in 2019. I paid her the quoted $$$ amount. I attempted to get ahold of her several times via voicemail and emails. She never returned my calls or emails. I needed my paperwork from the case that she handled so I had no choice but to wait at her office until she returned . Trummel then accused me of still owing her $240. I paid her in pmts. I had to go back and look for the check I wrote to her and when I found it I asked why in the world would you not return a call or email to let me know that I owed money instead of just ignoring me!! The fact that she has No Backbone speaks volumes of what kind of an attorney she is.

No amount of money will ever be enough to repay what luann did for me. She put up with so much taking my case. She was amazing, and she fought so hard for my family and I.

I had a consultation with Trummel. Paid her the $200.00 and told her that I would call her, to let her know when I would like to file papers for my grand parents rights. I called her two weeks later, left a message and no return call back. Called again and still no return call back. I tried a 3rd time, her husband answered and said he would have her call me, when she could. This all took place in January 2023. I called a few more times throughout February, leaving messages and still no return calls. It is like she got her consultation money, by only sitting there not say but maybe two sentences and then she was done with me. If I would have read the google reviews, I would have never called her. She was referred by another attorney here in town. It looks like she just likes taking peoples money. The one star, is only because you have to give a star in order to post a comment. Please be careful who you look to hire to help you out. Read the reviews. I didn't have the money to waste. But it seems it didn't matter to her.

At first she was very devoted to my case. Was able to get me full custody of my children away from their father. But after I lost my job and couldn’t afford our payments we set up I could no longer contact her through any sort of communication. I would leave messages to her email and to her phone and to her work sometimes in tears begging her to call me back so we could talk about child support that was supposed to be taken care of months before hand. She was very understanding at first and was willing to work with me with the bill, but I do understand there is a point where you need to get paid for what you do. You aren’t just giving your services out for free. So that is why I had left messages telling her if she was able to help me get the child support up and running that she would be able to start receiving payments but until then I did not have a job! Finally after 5 months, and me personally going down to the court house and filing paperwork myself did I hear that she had just sent information over to the child support center. I have still not been able to get ahold of her but she can still send me a bill. I recommend her if you have a short case. If you have a lot going on I say look elsewhere.

I asked Mrs. Trummel to represent me in my horrible custody case. She was more than happy to accept. She was very hopeful that we could get primary residency. She drew up a motion, emailed it to me, sent me my bill…. That’s the last I ever heard from anyone. I’ve called the office twice and left voice mails. I have sent emails. Heck she even entered into my case as representation according to my ex. I didn’t know any of that. Anyway that was all in June. It’s now December. I had even sent an email requesting an email in return letting me know she couldn’t take my case. Have a deadline of a month to get back to me before I move on to a different attorney. Still nothing. I love being run around by people considered professionals. 😕
