Let me start off by saying that you will NOT be disappointment in hiring Mr. Pinaire. He is a patriotic man who support the military and its Veterans. His ability to shift tactics, his tactical patience and his understanding in Law is top tier. He knows the environment, the attorneys and their tactics and is able to successfully formulate a plan that will achieve a winning outcome. At the time I felt vulnerable and helpless and Mr. Pinaire showed respect and compassion. I was not just another client when under his representation; I was a man, a father, someone’s son… a human. I called and visited numerous times either frustrated or at most times broken down in tears as this custody battle and divorce was when I was at my lowest. Never was I charged for these visits, I was quoted a price for each case and he kept to that agreement. Many attorneys’ nickel and dime to respond to messages, reply to emails, but not Mr. Pinaire. In closing, do your research on who you hire, your representation can and will literally change the outcome of your life and your future. I would hire Mr. Pinaire in any legal situation where he practices in.

Mr. Pinaire: - Knows the law like the back of his hand. - Is professional, fair, upfront and honest. - Still gets the job done even if he has already been paid. - Will tell you the truth; not just what you want to hear. - Cares about his clients. If you ask anyone in JC who the best lawyer is to hire you will often hear his name and I would agree with those who say that. I personally will not use anyone else in the Junction City area.

Mr. Pinaire was the lawyer we chose, after speaking with several in the area, to handle our guardianship and then finally our adoption. He was incredibly knowledgeable and even took the time to research the laws and explain them in layman's terms to us. We had quite the unique situation as we were dealing with adoption laws for both Kansas and Georgia to make sure that all parties involved were accounted for. Better ask what you are paying for and do it before you do anything with this guy. After I thought I had paid my bill off he keeps sending more bills plus late fees. I keep asking him to send me my total final bill but I never get it! I've hired another attorney but I still get bills from this guy. --Even today. When will it ever end?! He did complete the tasks I needed so one star for that. I did end up doing most of it though.

Richard Pinaire went beyond my expectations. The results of my case were better than what I expected. He never gave me false expectations and kept me informed thru the whole process.
