Mike is Awesome! He was willing to listen when most wouldn't and once he took the case on, he walked me thru everything I needed to know. He is very down to earth and stern. Not only is he reasonable but he is very understanding. I will definitely be using his services again!

We had an amazing expierience with Mike Schilling. I called his office and told them I had court the following day and felt like the attorney who was representing a Dr’s office that was taking us to court was trying to con us. We had already gotten everything settled before the courtdate and that attorney said he would get it dropped. Well 24hrs before court that lawyer said we didn’t need to show up & he’d dismiss it. My husband and I had a bad feeling and so I got referred to Mr. Schilling and called him the day before our courtdate and spoke with his secretary. Mr.Schilling called us back that afternoon but I missed the call. The morning of court we were waiting outside the courtroom in the hall and Mr. Schilling approached us and asked if we were the couple who had called him the day before. We gave him a quick summary of what all had taken place and he was so nice to take the time and listen and give us “Free” advice, he told us he typically works for the other side but would be happy to help us if we needed it. He told us what to say when it came time for our case and he told us if things start going in the wrong direction he would be there to step in and help us. We were able to handle to handle what we needed in the courtroom but afterwards we had to fill out a form and send it back within 14days of our courtdate. I approached Mr. Schillings out in the hall and and told him I wasn’t sure how to correctly fill out the form. Again he was super sweet and took the time to get me started on filling it out. He spent 40 minutes talking with us that day and gave us his card and told us if we needed any further help to give him a call. He was so helpful and caring that we hired him to fill out the form on our behalf. And he sent the attorney who took us to court a letter stating that he was representing us. And because Mr. Schilling helped us in such a last minute case the other attorney wasn’t expecting it and dropped the lawsuit against us, like he was supposed to have done. Mike Schilling really stepped up and helped us out. And helped us to regain our trust that there are still some great attorneys out there, and he is one of the best. He has our business from now on and it’s comforting to know we have an attorney that will listen and truly be there to help.
