James Colgan and his family law firm is the last law firm you should consider when looking for a lawyer. James had me sitting in jail for 11months on a bogus charges. Had to file a motion from jail of which he had no choice but to support me. The charges were dismissed on account of me filing a motion on his behalf while paid. Just think twice before you hire them especially if you are a minority. Hire him at your own risk.

Worst representation I ever experienced. Communication goes a long way. When you have to constantly contact your attorney office for updates and pop up at their office to find out why your case is at a stand still then clearly they are not the one. Money and time wasted.
