We were attempting to set up our will. met with Mr. Bodle. who assured us this would be a quick process. We paid him his retainer, then never heard from him again, after numerous voice mails and email, he made NO attempt to contact us. Beware low-cost attorneys who make promises to help those in need.

Hired Mr. Bodle back in 2016. I told him from the first appointment that my case was a serious concern and I needed papers filed ASAP. Over a month later he had not filed anything. Basic communication was also a struggle. I sent a certified letter saying his services would no longer be needed as I was going to hire another attorney who would handle may case promptly. He then emailed saying he would give only half of my deposit back, unless I would come speak to him in person. I was absolutely floored that he would hold my money, after doing NOTHING on my case, simply because I would not give him an opportunity to convince me he was worth another chance. If you need an attorney in Douglas County, do yourself a favor and avoid John Bodle. Adam Hall is who I hired and he was AMAZING!

John was straight forward and very prompt in responses he has an A1 rating with me and I will highly recommend him to anyone needing a lawyer thanks John for all your help !

This man was retained as my lawyer about 13 years ago when I used him for my divorce. He did not show up to court and I was left sitting there by myself until the judge that noticed his absence, made another court date. I always wanted to say something about the situation to others that might use his services but had no options until Google Reviews. I hope what ever unprofessional behavior that went on then has been changed.

John has a lot of knowledge and he genuinely wants to help his clients without grandiose promises.
