My brother and I have had an extremely gratifying and positive experience working with Mr. Barnhill and his firm. His expertise, experience, and legal skills were of incalculable value to us in a legal issue we were required to address. As a result, I have a very high opinion of the man in his chosen craft and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing legal council in the future.

The place was nice and as soon as we walked in a greeter secretary lady author of something to drink like water and then she took us to a little meeting room and said that the people we were meeting would be right with us. The only downfall is, being from out of town my husband and I did not realize that we would have to pay for parking and had very little change on us and since we were running late for the reading we put as much changes we could find in there and hope the meeting would not go over the 49 minutes we had. unfortunately, the meeting did go over by about an hour and a half and I got a $55 ticket just use downtown Lawrence parking spot. Being a KU fan, this really disappointed me, as in Aggie Ville, parking violations only cost $5... Lawrence wants the business so that the business can survive and pay their taxes, so why do you get you to charge the people who are helping the business pay their taxes to park in front of store in which they're buying things from or so on and so forth. If they want more visitors/shoppers, etc they should at least give a break to someone who bought something with a validated ticket or something like that that they were actually shopping there or doing some sort of business down there and maybe only spent a reasonable time there and wasn't some drunken college student who left their car there for 3 days. But since I'm not rating Lawrence I am rating this place, I had no problems with this particular place. Well, other than the parking sucked...

Mike is a wicked Lawyer, and went to bat for me on a DWI case. These types of things are pretty standard (Diversion) if it is your first offense, but he was able to set up the 30 day suspension while I was out of town and not driving anyway. Mike is a good lawyer, a solid individual, and will handle your case well.
