I know the title sounds very overblown, however, I found Stephanie to be an excellent attorney who was extremely knowledgeable about estate planning and setting up my Living Trust. I specifically chose someone who specializes in Elder law because things change rapidly and and I wanted to be sure thework we did was the most current. Her services went above and beyond what other attorneys have given me for similar work. I really appreciated the fact that she HELPED me fund my trust and didn't just tell me I needed to do it. I feel that everything is as I want it and that my estate and health will be handled according to my wishes. One of the best things was her ability to put me at ease, and communicate everything without using legalese. She was also patient when I didn't understand something the first time. I have already recommended her to my family and a number of close friends so I happily and strongly recommend her to you! ND

Stephanie J Wilson was more than I had expected from any attorney, and I've had experiences with attorneys. She did ALL of our estate planning. Everything we did was so we didn't have to come back to see her to make changes. Only if there are some major changes in our lives would we need to come back. (Some attorneys build their income by having a client returning all the time. She is not one of those). The price was a flat fee with as much time as needed (for 6 months). So, we weren't looking at the clock all of the time. An example of when we may need to see her is as follows: if my husband or I needed to be on Medicaid to protect our assets, she would help with that. We also had a question about doing DNA testing and if my husband were to have a child he knew nothing about, would he be responsible financially. Good question! See Stephanie for the answer! She was flexible, easy-to-talk with, and kind. Most of all, she didn't judge. We've got some sticky situation with our families. So, she helped navigate those situations. Stephanie also has a great sense of humor, which made her even more easy to work with. We had the choice to meet in person or via Zoom, which was very convenient. She also has many contacts in Douglas County, so that part was easy too. 5 stars doesn't quite describe her. I would recommend her to anyone. Her business is Elder Law, and she knows it very well. Stephanie Wilson of Wilson Elder Law is very knowledgeable concerning Estate Planning. She guided me through the thought process of all the elements I needed to consider in establishing my Trust. In addition she also established for me a new Will, General Power of Attorney, Healthcare Power of Attorney, and Advance Health Care Directive. As a recent new resident of Kansas it was time for these documents to be renewed since my existing documents were somewhat dated. Even a long-time Kansas resident would benefit reviewing their own documentation with her. I highly recommend Stephanie Wilson to participate with you in all your Estate planning needs. She is thorough, efficient, understanding, and patient in establishing for you the necessary documentation that you may need, whether it be a Trust, Will, Power of Attorney, or Heath Care Directive.

I am happy to recommend Stephanie Wilson. She was very professional and helped my husband and I do a trust, powers of attorney and wills. Everything was done very timely and she was most helpful in working with my husband to help him understand what was being done. After completion of the documents and our settlement of the invoice, I had two occasions of having questions that I needed to contact Ms. Wilson. Her response was very quick and she immediately took care of the questions and issues.
