Honestly i can go on and on about Mark Hartman from the vibe you get when u shake his hand to how he handles adversity in the courtroom, but one factor about him that stands out to me is his overall willingness to do right. He listened to me, digested every piece of info i bestowed , tactically came up with of course of action, and told me he would do everything he can to ensure that my case would be handled fairly and I would have a positive outcome. In the short amount of time I had to know him he gained my confidence my complete support and overall respect. Thank you Mark Hartman your future is bright as a lawyer.

Mark has been an awesome attorney for me. Even after I was sentenced and moved out of town he has stuck his neck out with any and all questions and concerns. He's always quick to return my calls. Has no problem calling probation officer's and getting in contact with the courts on my behalf. He is the best attorney I have ever had. I would be in prison by now if it wasn't for him going to battle for me.

I had been getting the run around with my case and after a year of back and forward with my case I was assigned Mark. Believe me when I say that he is the truth that is exactly what he is. He worked hard on my case night and day literally. It was said the robbery was commited around 2:50am I believe and I had got off work around 2:42am. He met with me at 2am to follow up with time and distance. He walked through everthing step by step with me and drove from the job to the scene and ultimately that is what won my case. He was real and he was on it. There was no leaving messages and waiting for days or weeks to hear back. The level of communication was amazing I truly am grateful for everything he did. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to win.

Mr Hartman was hired on as a public defender lawyer in our case . He was well knowledgeable of the entire case and went well above and beyond to ensure his client got the best representation as if we had hired him personally. I used to call public defenders, public pretenders till I met this guy! He was my lawyer this year in my distribution case and not one did he work his butt off to get me the best deal, he always returned my phone calls in the same day and was a great support system! He believed in me when I wasn’t even sure I believed in myself which made me believe In myself. If it weren’t for this am I would be serving 16 years + in prison right now.
