Mr Lusk and Irene are the absolute best !

Even though Mr. Lusk wasn’t able to take my case, he gifted me with some of his valuable time listening to my situation and sharing his experience and recommendations with me. I would highly recommend giving him a call for your bankruptcy needs.

I called with a question regarding something that this practice no longer does. They took time with me, were kind and gave me a referral. Was a pleasure speaking with James.

Mr. James helped me to divorce back in 2016. He was very thoughtful with his knowledge to take me to the right direction. I feel like I can't appreciate him with words enough as a foreigner. I believe he doesn't do the divorce cases anymore but he still has the same heart who helped me back in 2016 and counselling in 2023. Thank you so much Mr. James! You did pulled me and my 2boys out of the darkness! We really appreciate you from the bottom of our hearts!

Mr. Lusk handled my divorce years ago and he got me what I wanted. Even though it was a simple divorce, there were still issues. I wasn't able to pay it all at once so he let me make small payments and then after I had him paid off, he got my court date scheduled really fast. I'm not sure how he is now, as far as payments, but for me he worked with me. I had no help from my ex as far as paying for anything, so it did take a while to pay it off but again he got my court date with in a month after I finished paying his fee. He was very nice, and so was the office staff. But this was back in 1994. I'm going to assume that he's just as kind and courteous as he was back then.

As a 1st timer in experiencing bankruptcy I now view it different, as a debt relief instead of a crime, Jim prepared me for all possible outcomes and scenarios as an attorney would, and his assistant Irene very organized in her administrative tasks, both sharp minds and knew exact points of the case progression and way quick to give clear answers to questions if I had any and accommodating at every step, I highly recommend Jim and Irene, he was referred to me and I hope to pass as a referral as well to family/friends if needed...Thanks so much Jim/Irene....Rob!

It was not a good experience working with this attorney or his assistance. The whole experience was a nightmare and I'm glad it's over. Nothing actually got done. He will keep asking for more money but with no results.He kept cancelling/rescheduling court dates without consulting me, he kept advising my sons father despite the fact that we were taking him to court. He had no drive he just went along with whatever my sons fathers' attorney wanted to do he was very hard to reach. The money spent was a waste because he didn't do anything but talk about his past cases. His assistance was not only rude but didn't understand how the law works I spent most of my time explaining law to both of them. I strongly suggest not hiring this attorney go the extra mile and pay for a good attorney even if you do have to spend a bit more attorneys like this will make you realize it's well worth it! Fyi he will make notes but he isn't going to do anything with them and brace yourself for the long back to back past stories he has if you actually hire him lol

James is down to earth attorney with very reasonable fees. A thorough gentleman.

This lawyer is a joke!!! We had to do everything ourselves to get this bankruptcy done. Down to the point of him telling us we need to fax stuff because his office no longer has one. He is the WORST lawyer I have ever come across. You would be better off being your own lawye . As soon as he is paid he stops being concerned with your case or questions and blows you off. I would NEVER recommend such a worthless lawyer as this guy. Go somewhere els . Would have rather paid more and actually got A REAL LAWYER than thos joke. Never again. Hope his law office closes down soon so that no one else can be a victim of his lack or knowledge and of course office supplies ie. A fax machine. What a joke!!
