Mr. Lusk had previously represented my family for a previous case. I wasn't overly thrilled by the end result but it got most of the job done. I then referred someone else to James Lusk's office for representation with a similar parenting plan case. He did the bare minimum which ultimately did not result in advocating to the fullest of his ability for his client or best interest of the children involved. Towards the end of the case once the topic of withdrawaling Mr. Lusk as the attorney, the customer service provided by this office specifically the paralegal of Mr. Lusk was not professional and extremely difficult to gain information regarding a case that was paid for in full. I am highly disappointed in the unprofessional manner after being a loyal client and sending people I care for to treated in such a manner. My advice is do your research thoroughly before making a decision in whom you desire to represent you.
