Joshua is probably the only honest attorney I've ever dealt with, and you're going to have to be honest with him. However, he's better suited as a judge than a criminal defense attorney because he won't lower himself to the level of what passes for justice in Riley County. I believe Joshua really tried his best to defend me against the ever changing false charges that were initiated by my ex-wife and funded by her wealthy family to take my son away. At the end of the day Joshua is no miracle worker, he's just an attorney trying to do what's right in the midst of the overwhelming lies and corruption that spew from the highest level of the Riley County Courthouse like blood from an open chest wound. Understand that no bandaid is going to fix the corruption and conspiracy that goes on in a place that runs off backroom deals and bribes. Unless you're wealthy, the odds are not in your favor.

Joshua Douglass did an unbelievable job for me even the judge said so in court. Mr. Douglass and Riley County Court system worked very well together to provide an outcome I wouldn't have thought possible. Communication and feeling heard were big for me. Douglass did not disappoint.

Mr. Douglass is by far one of the best criminal lawyers in Junction City Kansas. I was a nervous wreck because i had caught my charge out of state. He was very responsive and straight forward.WE DEFINITELY WALKED AWAY WITH PROBATION ! I’d recommend him to anyone that’s facing any criminal charges.
