Awesome Service!

I would leave a negative review if it were possible. Hiring Mr. Heiman was by far one of the worst mistakes that I've made in my adult life. My daughter needed legal advice and representation in a situation involving her infant's safety and husband's false allegations and this man did nothing but make the situation that much worse. He knowingly lied to, manipulated, ignored, jeopardized the safety of both she and her son, and caused her an enormous amount of unnecessary stress while doing so. She has since had to hire another attorney in KS to clean up his mess and continues to wait on him to respond back, concerning the 4 thousand dollar retaining fee that he had no problem collecting. We were left in the dark, deadlines were missed, documents weren't submitted, conversations weren't had, forget trying to get in touch with him, and the reason that we hired him (legal advice) was just all smoke and mirrors. Don't waste your money, time, or energy on this one or you'll likely live to regret it! No one should have to go through what our family has.

If you're a selfish, dishonest, unfaithful woman that's neglected her children because you felt the need to party and use drugs, Miranda Johnson is definitely the attorney you want to hire. Miranda Johnson will make your husband look abusive for standing up for his children and outright lie in court, hide discovery documents, threaten your husband, and use her sway with judge Bannister to get away with breaking just about every court rule there is. I'm sure there are plenty of worthless, narcissist women who will rate this law firm 5 stars for getting them everything they wanted.

We got full custody of my stepson in July and we were told he would put in an order to stop child support and he has yet to do so. Every time we call or email we rarely get a response and when we finally do get one he always says he will “look into it”. Very disappointing.

My son David Lee, have been trying to reach out to this attorney and he will not return his calls or emails about his case he started over 8 months ago. I have lost my patience with this matter. I Don’t understand why he can’t follow up weekly at least. Why is it taking him, Mr Heiman so long to get some type of resolution. All my son want to do is see his son, which he had not been able to for over a year. They went to court finally, but the process could be better and my son is till trying to contact this lawyer after the first 2 video calls with his on to get to the next step of seeing him in person without her present. A simple text, call or email to let my son know when the next process will take place
