Kitra and her staff did an excellent job!!!!!!!!!

If I could 10 stars I would! I worked with two other lawyers before I hired Kitra and I wish I would have started with her from the beginning! She assisted me going through mediation and then with moving my child custody case to another state. Working between two different states was difficult. She took the time to explain and help me understand all the processes. She responded quickly, was professional, and answered any questions that I had. She always handled my case by meeting timelines and getting new information to me right away! I will greatly miss working with her and I highly recommend her!

I hired Kitra to defend me when my ex-wife filed a motion to modify child custody. After only one meeting Kitra filed an answer I could tell that she listened to me and understood my case. I highly recommend Kitra and I will use her in the future.. Kitra has helped me once again and despite me being a nightmare of a client she was still able to get me a positive result.

I have used this firm (Kitra Schartz) several times and I couldn't be more pleased with the staff. All of the staff has been absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough good things about them and their willingness to go above and beyond to provide any assistance necessary to make this process easier to navigate. I know that each time I call, I will receive exceptional service. They genuinely care about my questions and concerns and they do everything they can to get them resolved. This prompt response time and caring attitude has proven to be a critical part of this process and I appreciate everything they do to make this process easier and more manageable. I would like to add that Kara, Kitra's assistant, has been a wonderful resource during this time. Kara recognizes how important and time sensitive many items have been and has done a wonderful job getting answers to my questions quickly. I can't begin to express my appreciation and gratitude to Kitra for all of the assistance and knowledge she has provided. Kitra's hard work, dedication and attention to detail has been invaluable. She has taken the time to understand and learn about my family and our unique situation in order to provide exceptional legal expertise. I have had the pleasure of working with Kitra on numerous occasions and I could not imagine having anyone else by my side and in my corner because I know she has invested so much of her time and energy to provide us with the best possible resources available to secure a favorable outcome.

They were amazing and represented me first in an ex parte divorce and then the real thing that ended in a one day trial (Kitra Schartz was my attorney). She sucecssfully exposed squandering of assets by my husband, and guided me through a custody evaluation that my ex ordered and helped e understand the case from the Judge's POV. (no emotions just fact). Both came out in my favor, and because my ex "lost" over 600,000 I was awarded the house and residential custody. If you are divorcing a narcissist or BPD/ bi polar person - she is good. Our tactic was to just stick with the truth! (although I must say that was easy in our case as my ex had done so many crazy things, sent crazy e-mails etc so we had ample material to work with). My only pet peeve is that my lawyer sometimes answered the phone or checked texts while in a meeting with her and that is no small matter when you are paying someone $150 per hour. But what you want is someone who can ARGUE IN COURT and think on their feet and that is what I was impressed with the most (Kitra Schartz).
