Was a client of Andy Vinduska, couldn’t be happier with him being my defense attorney. After a long journey my case was formally dismissed! Andy does an outstanding job in defending and does not play around when it comes to his strategies and the way he goes about defending his clients. Truly blessed to have got him as my attorney. This review is for Nana Brammer only and not the entire law firm. Ms. Brammer was hired by my wife for a child custody case and charged a $4,500 retainer fee. Ms. Brammer had a majority of the case load completed by a previous attorney who had to withdraw due to circumstances beyond our control. Ms. Brammer failed to review the case documents that were given to her and admitted this to my wife in the courtroom the day of the final hearing. Ms. Brammer failed to submit evidence and exhibits that were completed by the previous attorney. Ms. Brammer failed to raise a single objection during the hearing despite multiple times of hearsay, speculation and leading a witness instead keeping her head down and focusing on her laptop while failing to conduct a proper cross examination. Ms. Brammer was told at one time by the judge “I cannot tell you how to try your case” when Ms. Brammer did not know how to rephrase a question when objected to by the other attorney. Ms. Brammer failed to inform my wife of the final decision after the hearing despite receiving it via email immediately. Ms. Brammer failed to properly file a motion for reconsideration. Ms. Brammer admitted to my wife she was not a family attorney in court but a criminal defense attorney so why did she even take the case besides the money. Ms. Brammer upset the judge within the first five minutes of the hearing which anyone knows does not help your case. Ms. Brammer admitted to upsetting the Guardian Ad Liem the day prior to the hearing, again, not helping the case. On top of all of this, Ms. Brammer had the audacity immediately after the hearing to say, “ I know this is not a good time but we need to talk about refilling the bank fund” instead of, I don’t know, talking about what steps to take next. She then had the audacity to present a detailed bill for an additional $8,500 for her time that included multiple items she DID NOT do such as review documents, proper exhibits and properly prepare her client and witnesses for the hearing. She is a horrible attorney and hope no one ever hires her to represent them.

Gabriela Vega helped me with my immigration case, as I applied for a green card through marriage. Gabriela was incredibly helpful and her expertise was invaluable to me as I had to apply to remove conditions following a divorce.
