I had two phone calls with Mr. Brandon Katt about a speeding ticket. Initially he didn’t want to take the case to make sure I wasn’t paying more for a lawyer than I would pay in fines for the ticket. He advised me on how to handle it and called the county prosecutor on my behalf to help me apply for a diversion. Mr. Katt was polite, helpful, and didn’t charge me a cent. Highly recommend

Something hasn't sit right with me after I spoke to a lady whose name starts with K. I am not sure if it was Katherine or something. But I would have recommended it if it wasn't for the recent conversation. One of their Lawyers represented me previously for $2,500. I need their assistance again and when I told the lady at the front desk she immediately gave me her opinion on my case and told me I was wrong. I asked if I can speak to the lawyer and had to call back myself twice to speak with the attorney. He then told me my new price is $3,500. I asked what's the difference between this case and the last and he could not explain it to me what so ever. I called around and researched the price other lawyers were charging and called back to speak with him. She told me he would call back that day and I had to recall 10 minutes before closing and she told me that the price went up to $6,000. I asked her if other lawyers in the firm would have a different price and she told me that they cannot step on each other's toes and lower the price. She then later told me that there are no lawyers available. I would have been okay if they just said they did not want to represent me but the front desk lady took the initiative of hiking up the price in order for me to not be able to afford representation. That was a disgusting move on their behalf and I will be doing further research to see if this was ethically just.

Once I officially hired them.. my headache and stressed stopped! They worked day and night for months until my charges were dropped. I can't recommend them more!

I was impressed with his candor, because an unscrupulous lawyer could have easily convinced me I needed to hire him on the spot. Mr. Addair quickly pinpointed the wisest course of action for me to pursue, which would cost less than engaging legal services. I would be very likely to contact this law firm for any future needs, having witnessed the character and integrity of its members during this initial encounter.
