The title says it all. Its a family affair at Addair. When it comes to finding a criminal defense attorney nothing can comfort you while looking. Its the scariest decision to make. For some it's so overwhelming. My son was 18 and facing felony charges. All I knew is I was going to find the best there was. When I met with Tom Addair he put it to us straight. He gave me the most honest consultation. He made us 1 promise. To do everything in his power and knowledge to get our case dropped. He told me not to just settle with him. That I should shop around and talk with other lawyers. He wanted me to know it is not like deciding what to have for lunch. This is our future in his hands. So I need to be sure that whoever I pick I am happy with and feel confident in. Whatever you do the best thing you can do is be honest with your attorney. If you can't trust him he can't help you. Great lawyer, and an even better guy. When Mr. Addair walks into the courtroom you should assume he is going to find a way to get you out of the situation you're in. Best advice I can give to you is to treat Mr. Addair with respect and pay attention to what he is telling you. The man knows what he is talking about and does it brilliantly. I was facing 5 years in jail for battery on an LEO and he was able to dwindle to zero days in jail and a years probation. He literally saved my goals in and life and opportunities still be a successful person.
