Slocum only talks over phone to avoid legal liability. He's done nothing for me but place my family and i in financial hardship while awaiting surgery. He speaks down to his clients and talks out his booty hole when asked a question he doesn't know the answer to. Everything's a "I don't have your file in front of me". Tired of laying in bed in pain it's been 4 months.

I was injured at Kohls and lost a substantial loss in my right hand. Mr Slocum settled my case for about $15,000...of course he took his share out of that. I cant use a drill, hammer, grip anything...drop things...i told him i drop things...hand is compromised...he said buy plastic cups and dishes. My injury was worth much more than he got. I would NOT recommend him. I also lost my job before they settled and he did nothing to protect it. Wrongful termination.

I hired David Slocum after a work injury. My employer tried to cheat me out of six weeks pay after I injured myself at work. David Slocum was my attorney for a worker’s compensation case and he did a wonderful job. He worked very diligently and consistently. Everytime I had questions or concerns he would always make sure to answer them so I was not left out in the dark. His paralegal team Julie and Carol are the sweetest. They handled the office work and always made sure I was sent over any documents for signing immediately. David got me a bigger settlement that was definitely more fair than what the insurance company initially wanted to offer. Overall I would say job well done!
