I was warned by another attorney against Zach Kolich but hired him due to time sensitivity. Does minimum work. I had to do the leg work that he took credit for. Found to be dishonest, insensitive and Incompetent in complex situations. Used my lack for income to force me into settlement without remedy of my injury.

Never received workman's comp payments at all. Just receives a small settlement in the end. Lost apartment. Lost my wife due to no income. Took 2 years before a hearing was set. Another year to settle the claim.

Not a very good experience. Its going on 3 yrs in April and still no resolution. My case hasnt even gotten past the beginning stages. I have yet to receive any Work Comp payments at all my wife has divorced me. Son forced to drop out of Howard University in D.C. and work. I believe I have picked a bad lawyer. He doesn't seem to have any fight in him. Nothing positive has happened in my favor. And I don't believe that will change. There is no reason for someone injured on a job to have to endure what I have these past 3 yrs. This has been a real life bad dream.
