I have used Mark & Burkhead a couple of times now. Zack Mark is direct and to the point! Vary much a pitbull type of guy when it comes to work comp claims! Zack doesn't play games, he is there for his clients to get the very best outcome he can! One B.A.M.F. for sure! Definitely appreciate the work he has put in on my behalf!

Anna was the worst ever I have ever had. I don't think she really knows what she is doing a d her idea of a great deal for you is the worst. Try someone else if you're really interested in someone actually representing you!!

Jacob Mark has been amazing during my workman's comp claim. I've had a fairly complicated history with my claim, but he had been incredibly courteous and professional during this time. He is always ready to answer all my questions and, unlike some, never seems like I'm a bother or that I'm wasting his time. In addition, he's always made sure that I get the best possible treatment regardless of the pushback from workman's comp. If you need a bulldog to deal with a company that's not treating you fairly, I cannot recommend Mark and Burkhead-especially Jacob-highly enough.

My work comp case was a nightmare. Leah Burkhead got things done thata previous attorney wouldn't. She is personable and has fought to get me the treatment I need. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM!!!!!
