Heartless people who will take everything u own. Im not working i get SSI and they could care less that it is my only income.

I was electrocuted by a power line and I've had 11 surgeries. This place always claims they haven't been told about it even though non stop I have made contact with them. No one in my house is able to work due to my wife having to be my caretaker now and I have 3 kids. They don't care they took every dollar I had in my bank to support my family while I'm hurt. They don't care I have no money for my family now thanks alot people. In a pandemic with people being jobless no way of providing for a family these people will take your last penny they have no heart.

Husband was almost killed, and was a month before that out of work, they did not notify us they was going to take it to court after making payments for months until loss of job due to COVID. Was told we would get a letter and call in 90 days but with surgery after surgery etc we didn't even think of it and neither happened till they took everything we had, all they said was "your fault, we will keep garnishing until we are paid" heartless, people who don't care if you have small children at home and no short term memory anymore. Guess that's why they have this job, they are all about money and no care for the people. Worse company I've ever dealt with.
