Mark is a very amazing lawyer, I would definitely recommend him to anyone going through a divorce or custody battle, he's very Stern and very smart. He definitely gets things done.

I was appointed Tel Parrett as my Public Defender in Lenexa Municipal Court for driving without insurance. As I am on a fixed income I filled out a form requested by the judge and proved qualified for representation by a Court appointed Public defender. This was a huge mistake. I asked to meet with him before my court date and he blew me off by telling me he would "see me in court". At that court date he threw in front of me a Journal Entry of Conviction that indicated the Miranda Right of representation without cost but he had slipped in a $100 fee for him. He did absolutely NOTHING to defend in my case and charged me
