This law firm had wonderful reviews as I was searching for a lawyer in the Olathe KS area. I went ahead and hired one of the lawyers to represent me. I had a horrible experience with him. He was very unprofessional and his partner in the firm was just as unprofessional. Even their secretary was very unpleasant on the phone. I do not recommend this law firm for your legal services.

Excellent service, replied back to my emails promptly, and never kept me out of the loop. Mr. Wallentine gave a hundred percent in working out my case, which was greatly appreciated. Not only that, but he and his team were very accommodating to the fact that I was Deaf.

When I had just about given up hope in the Johnson County justice system, Mr. Wallentine was able to get my case dismissed. Which is pretty much unheard of anymore. I hope I never need his services again but would absolutely use and recommend him to anyone. His fees are very reasonable and was very informative and helpful during a very stressful time. I cannot thank him enough. If you need legal help you shouldn't go anywhere else.

My court appointed attorney for a DUI. As soon as he found out he was only going to get $250 for my case he essentially gave up. Informing me I should accept a plea agreement when he hadn't looked at any evidence and never even bothered to get full discovery. I wanted to fight the charge, but he said he couldn't take my case to trial since they weren't going to pay him enough. I had no money for another attorney so I accepted the plea deal only to learn he lied during the proceedings specifically by telling the judge he had received full discovery. When I attempted to contact him after learning this he never returned my calls. I want to file a petition now to change my plea but have no money for an attorney! Don't trust him!!!!! I was misled and eventually tossed aside!
