In order to share my heartache I had to give him one star but he deserves none! He is lazy! Have a custody battle that went no where so I had to seek other council and found out a lot more could have been done but timing is everything and now it's out the window. Thanks for making our lives more stressed and our minds in a whirlwind! Suggest people make sure you do your homework before hiring!

Michael page is a very unprofessional lawyer. I was referred by family and friends. My license was revoked so he said he could help me not was I in for a disappointment. I paid total of over 3,000 to the courts and DMV not including what I paid him. I served house arrest because that’s what he said I needed to do to get them back. It’s been almost 1 Year and he won’t return none of my calls. So I’m left in the dark and don’t understand how someone can take your money and not render the service you paid for. I’m a single mother who is in school and also works I definitely don’t have money to give away. My license is still revoked he said he was going to have 1 or 2 of the violation dropped and nothing happen. He’s a scam and I will be calling BBB to report him

RW really went above and beyond for me. I had a really bad probation violation right after getting placed on probation... prosecutors were trying to put me away for a year and a half. Thanks to RW, I served only 3 days and got another year of probation!! Thanks so much RW!

I recently had a case resolved by R.W. in the Johnson County Courts and couldn't be more happier with the results. R.W. went above and beyond and gave me honest answers to put me at ease. The case was resolved with the charge being reduced and he kept me from being jailed. R.W. was willing to take the extra step in communicating with family and reassuring what would be the possible outcomes. I highly recommend R.W. he knows the courts well and you won't be disappointed.

This attorney assisted in falsifying the record and when called out on it, wouldn't allow me to call him. EDIT: Now the lawyer is telling a lie in his response to the review. At no point did anyone claim that Kansas "law" doesn't apply to someone. He was asked a specific question of, "Has the prosecution provided any factual evidence to the court that a particular Kansas statute applies to someone?" and he did not answer the question. He got mad, started yelling and being interruptive. He was handed an obvious reason that the case should be dismissed and instead of looking at the evidence that the prosecution had provided to see that it was insufficient to state a case, he was actually helping the prosecutor. Mozingo's entire purpose was to manipulate and threaten his supposed client into entering a guilty plea even though there was no evidence of guilt. Mozingo's response to the negative review is a testament to his dishonesty.
