Rachel didn't show up the day of my court event. She called in sick two hours before my trial date, come on! I know people get sick, but she could have provided more notice, so she teleconferenced in. I wanted more time with my kids, but knew it would be tough because I had been having a financially challenging time. In the end, I got less time with my kids then I originally had when I started with Rachel.
