I would highly recommend Marc. He not only was my attorney for my divorce but he was my daughter's attorney for child custody issues. His prices are pretty decent and his paralegal Hannah is awesome!

Wonderful support and service!

Back in 2004 my step son's mom decided she was moving out of state and taking our son with her. She was in and out of abusive relationships, not getting our son to school on time, which took a toal on our son's education, also poor care for our son. We were in need of an attorney and fast. As I searched the internet tirelessly, filling out questionnaire after questionnaire; I recieved a call from Kansas legal help, Weston Moore, he met us on our time, and what was convenient for us. I didn't know that meeting Mr. Moore that day, that we were going to even win the battle for cuatody? Mr. Moore was very knowledgeable in our needs. He walked us through the whole process, and explained everything to a T. He was very compassionate about what he does. You can defiantly tell Mr. Moore wasn't in it for just money. Not only did Weston help us get primary cuatody of our son, but before our son's mom could take him it had to be approved my the father first. So this gave us the reassurances that our son would not leave the states, but most of all he was going to be safe. But this was just the beginning to a beautiful friendship. As anyone could image after loosing everything you have worked hard for, gone, in a blink of an eye. I was so overwhelmed, I knew we need legal assistant. Believe me it wasn't something done over night, Mr. Moore, put a lot of time, travel, and believe me, sleepless nights to help us out. All while dealing with this nightmare, I had to also hire Mr. Moore for custody for my son this time. My son's dad, just as much as a nightmare of a house fire. Mr. Moore, worked not only on our insurance claim, but now a child custody case. He never ounce gave up on us. He worked just as hard the first day to the last day. With his knowledge and determination there was no losing in our future. If there is anyone I would trust my children's life with, it is no doubt that would be Weston. He comforted our whole family.
