Mark was hired to advise my ex wife and work with both of us to simplify the divorce process. He ended up only helping my Ex and very difficult to communicate with. He used techniques to rack up hours and divide us further, forcing conflict. Mark also made errors in the decree that could have cost my ex wife in excess of $30,000 had I not caught the error and ensured she received those funds. In addition, his security standard seem to be under par as his e-mail was recently hacked and we got phishing attacks form his e-mail account. I have no way to know if my confidential information we shared via e-mail has been protected adequately or not. Clearly you have better choices when looking for legal representation.

I was recommended to Brandon because he was somewhat affordable. I was going through a personal injury from work so I didn't have the available funds to pay a huge retainer upfront for a lawyer. At first he was very understanding of the situation with my divorce and really made me feel comfortable that he would do his best to make it as fair as possible for me. The divorce of course turned ugly when child support and child custody came up and I looked to Brandon for guidance. He assured me that it would be okay. I went through everything he suggested I do, including hiring a child custody investigator to prove how I could care for the children 50% of the time like I had done since the separation. Brandon did nothing other than show up for court. He barely spoke. I was left out to dry. Ultimately I lost everything - my house, my things and time with my children. Brandon did nothing. I paid my bill shortly after and a situation arose where I could lower my support. I asked for help to modify as their mother wasn't caring for the children like she should and he said he would help. This was in February. I texted, called and emailed for status on something as simple as paperwork and he would go weeks without acknowledging me. It wasn't until May that the paperwork was sent over to her lawyer. If you want a lawyer who will just be present he is the one for you. If you actually want a fair trial, find someone else. I am now looking for a new lawyer to fight for full custody of my children as they are being neglected and Brandon knows this and did nothing to help. I wasted time and money on Brandon. Don't do the same.
