My mother hired Mark years ago for a traffic accident and she had a great experience and spoke highly of her outcome, so when I wrecked my car and received a ticket for careless driving (driving while texting) earlier this year my mother offered me his business card. I called and explained my situation and his reply over the phone was clear and super reasonable. I've had a few lawyers in my time and BY FAR, this was the best and most hassle-free experience I've ever had. I'm sort of reclusive so our communication after the initial phone call was all by e-mail (my choice). I sent attorney fee by mail, police report and insurance letter by email, and the rest was all him. I never had to enter the courtroom. I sent my amended ticket payment by mail as well and the last step was my receipt of payment from the court which he took care of. I just have to say that before this experience, I can't say that I had a very high opinion of lawyers. He has certainly changed my opinion. I now know that you just need to find "THE RIGHT" lawyer. That's Mark. He is now in my contacts just in case. I highly recommend this lawyer!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He will do you right.

Mr. Mark Hagen was the best choice for me . He has handled 2 cases for me and was very attentive, and extremely knowledgeable of the legal system. Mr. Hagen looked at every possible scenario for my situations and even went to trial and was able to clear me of all charges. He is very respectful and understanding and straight to the point. would definitely recommend him for anyone who finds themselves in need of an attorney. . He is a man who will definitely fight for you. I would highly recommend him.

I swerved to miss an animal and hit a parked car on a side-street late at night during super heavy rain. Because of the rain, I couldn't leave a note, and because people own guns and whatnot, I didn't want to start knocking on random doors, handing out my insurance info. Because I'm an idiot, I didn't know I needed to call the cops. So I went home and the next day, I went back and left my insurance info on the damaged vehicle. Later that afternoon, the cops showed up. They gave me nine citations for the accident. NINE. I contacted Mark because I saw him on Avvo and because his website was pretty thorough in terms of "what you can expect." I had a consultation and hired him. He was able to get my nine (9!!!) citations down to two non-moving violations and one (or maybe two?) moving. I got a decently-large fine, but, well, it's not as though he could've helped that, really. But that's it. Mark did it. He's Superman, I think. I WILL echo a previous review about maybe not hearing from him as much as I expected. But seriously-- don't worry about it-- he's working on your business. I think that's just his style. He's very no-nonsense and to-the-point. One might mistake that as gruffness, but you're looking for someone who is going to give you their best, right? Not a pal. He was very upfront and realistic when we DID speak, and I appreciated the candor. Seriously, I'd have Mark go to bat for me in any situation. He's amazing.

I would have Mr. Hagen represent me with anything that I needed. He was very kind and professional. He treated me with respect and had no judgement with me or my case.

Our teenage son found himself in trouble with the law. My wife and I had no experience in these situations. We found Mark online, interviewed him personally and quickly felt comfortable in retaining his services in helping our son. Mark made us all feel comfortable and he took the time to explain to all of us the many scenarios that could take place. Mark walked us through step by step regarding the court process and the expectations of us as parents and most importantly the expectations of our son. Our son is on the right path thanks to Mark's help and advice. Mark was very open and honest and up front in his conversations with us as a family and that helped us know that he wasn't just telling us what we wanted to hear, he was open and honest. I can't begin to say enough about Mr. Hagen's ability in the court room. He is truly a joy to watch. I am both pleased and impressed with the outcome.The results surpassed all expectations. I have an extensive criminal history in the state of Mo and was facing a felony possession with Intent to distribute and a 72 month sentence. Mr. Hagen went in with guns blazing and was not deterred by anything or anyone other than the matter at hand, which was my freedom and best interest, according to the letter of the law. I would give a personal recommendation to anyone needing to find an attorney for criminal drug charges. I spent two weeks looking for the best for what I could afford for my particular situation. He was more than reasonable and did the same job or better that an attorney who quoted me $5,000+ more would have done. Thank you Mr. Hagen for giving years back to my life!

I recently was in a position needing legal assistance for a reckless driving charge. Mark worked diligently and based on my previously clean driving record and lack of criminal history, he was able to lower the charge to "inattentive driving." He was professional throughout the experience and kept me informed even though I was out of town for most of legal process.
