Scott Waddell is one of the best attorneys I have ever worked with, he knows the law very well and he keeps you informed every step of the way. If you ever have questions about anything he replies quickly (which is something most attorneys don't do). I had a very interesting case and high expectations, but he was successful and I got the outcome I had hoped for in very little time. If you are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, aggressive attorney I highly recommend Mr. Waddell.

I have used Jay twice now and couldn’t ask for a more responsive, professional Lawyer that provides results that I would have never thought was achievable. I am very pleased with his results in both cases and literally hand out his cards to any of my friends when they are in need. I was in your shoes doing the same thing, reading reviews hoping to find a lawyer that isn’t just going to lead me to the wolves. I got arrested on charges of a DUI and never thought I would be in that situation. I never had a ticket in my life and was in a situation I didn't need. Next morning I called 3 lawyers, Jay being the last one. First one said to look up a case in which someone didn't get off their charges but said I had a case. Next one told me he would represent me but I was going to bite the bullet on it. Jay called me on a Sunday and said straight up that he could win my case and has won it before. I chose to go with him on that he actually win it for me. 4 months later, my case was dismissed from Overland Park on a DUI case which is highly unlikely. He was communicative and kept me up to date on every step of the way. Also the price was fair and within the 3 lawyers I contacted, it was competitive. Also, I didn't have to be present at each hearing which was nice. I never leave reviews for services but would write one easily for Jay.
