Tina Cox worked with our family on a very extensive family custody case. She was always a pleasure to work with, and always went way above and beyond what was expected of her. Tina always made sure to make sure we knew what was happening, and provided us with guidance on how to proceed going forward. She is trustworthy, honest, very fair, and it was a pleasure working with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I was pleased with the way things were handled. There were a lot of forms but they filled them out and explained anything that I had questions about. They were very informative and friendly.

Filed over a year ago and was denied in February. They appealed for me. They called last week - June 2019 and told me ss had closed the case because they had not received the appeal. However Parmele stated they had conformation ss had received it. If I would come to the office they could correct this & have an answer in 90 days. went to the appt today and the conformation they pulled from my file was someone else.(completely different name & state!) They then wanted me to start over & refile. No thank you. I've seen enough incompetence.

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about these people! My case was done and over with in less than a year. I went to court and told my health story to the judge and that was it! My lawyer was by my side. My case was a bit difficult bc I waited many years after I could no longer work to apply for disability but Parmele somehow MADE IT HAPPEN! If you need help Parmele IS the place to go! Amazing, Kind, Wonderful souls..ALL of their employees I spoke with knew their job and this along with thier kindness all made something difficult for me so much easier! They EARNED EVER DIME THEY GOT!
