Clearly the attorney listed working for royal legal group is the only One giving This firm a high rating. Nonetheless, moths later, still no responses, actions, or closure on my case.

If I could give no stars I would have I gave this man 1500 dollars to do an expungements needless to say I never went to court and in the beginning there was a misunderstanding on prior charges but once the understanding happened he wanted additional money to move forward without any results in the beginning just paperwork and he is very bad with communication I’ve learned my lesson I’ll never blindly hand my money to any attorney again without having it in black and white prior to leaving my money thank god im not poor and can take the loss however I would ask anyone using this attorney to have discernment and please take my advice I don’t try to throw unnecessary shade however this man is not right very greedy and only cares about money not helping people and had he done me right I could have referred him a lot of people but not anymore 🤦🏽‍♀️

If you get in trouble in Johnson County, call Brandon. He will work with you and be a great liaison between you and the DA. Brandon worked hard for me and got me through. Would recommend to anyone.

If there were an option for less than 1 star, I would have selected that option. I find the customer service offerings from the start of the process to the end, completely inadequate. My settlements were months behind schedule, with no stated reasons why. when i called over the course of two months to attempt to obtain status of remaining settlements, and what the delay is, I was shuffled from department to department, promised phone calls back, and information, which i never received. I sent the firm a significant amount of money to settle all balances, and four months after the fact, I am still waiting for that to happen, with no updates or communication, except generalized answers. Their customer portal/website is riddled with inaccurate or outdated information, which rarely gets corrected. No one is ever able to provide answers on the phone, and promises a return call sometimes within 1-2 business days if you sound angry enough, sometimes 3-4 business days if you don't push them, and trust that they will do what they are telling you they will do. on average they have reduced my balances at negotiation by 37%. you are never able to speak to the negotiator assigned to your case, and this person also changes at the end of each month to a new person. The fees are extraordinarily high for the level of service provided, and I will never use, nor recommend this company. Every single review on them consistently mentions their lack of reliable and timely communications, inability to deliver on their promises and inability to stick to a time frame for negotiations, or set reasonable expectations.

Well, if you’re like me you’ve been looking on the internet for a good attorney to get you out of a jam. I looked at tons of reviews on google and a bunch of different legal websites and still couldn’t tell the difference between any of the attorneys I read about. I met with several attorneys and most were clinical and not very reassuring. Here’s the difference with Brandon. His bedside manner is excellent. He’s reassuring and will guide you through the whole process. I’ve never been to court before and was very nervous about the whole process and what to expect. Brandon held my hand ( figuratively) threw the whole process. Oh, by the way, he was able to get the charges dropped, the results I was hoping for. Your situation may be different, but I was pleased with my decision to hire Brandon.
