Let's be honest, whenever you seek legal help it is already an uncomfortable, and unfortunate situation. Not knowing and understanding the law may result in serious legal issues. After I recieved a charge of Obstructing Legal Processing for not providing my identity, because I was harrassed by 3 police officers. In result, the charge was a minor criminal offense. I was unsure how to proceed this matter, because I've never got in trouble before. I had been aware that Chris Kahlberg was a practicing attorney for many years. I had been, in my mind, erroneously pulled over & ticketed by KCPD on Bruce Watkins for a speeding violation.
