When I received my speeding ticket, I searched for the cheapest attorney with the best reviews. I came across Roth Davies and they were by far the most reasonably priced. The process was simple and Todd did a great job of keeping me updated throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.

I worked with Jason Roth for three years regarding a school bus accident my daughter was in. He was always very honest, knowledgable, and genuine. My daughter recently said to me that when working with Jason, she always felt like he was in her corner willing to fight for her. I would highly recommend him and his firm for any legal matters.

I hired Brandon after being charged with two very serious violent felonies. My consultation with him gave me the confidence to continue on with my life while he handled my legal affairs. I certainly did not make it easy on him, violating bond several times, but he never lost his temper and always fought for me however he could. He was able to reduce my charges from a potential 10 year stint in prison to a year probation. Needless to say, I can not recommend Brandon highly enough. He is professional, courteous, helpful and will fight for you as he did for me. If you have legal issues in Overland Park please consider him.

He took care of my moving violation tickets faster, easier and cheaper than I had any expectation of. Both Brandon and the receptionist were incredibly friendly and easy to talk to with great customer service. I was fretting a bit because the courtdate was at a bad time for me, and right away Brandon put me at ease saying he'd reschedule the courtdate for a lawyers-only day and I could just keep working my jobs without having to worry about schedules. Going forward he kept me in the loop without being annoying in the slightest, so there's really nothing he could've done to improve the experience. Hired him because it was right next to where I got my tickets, but would most definitely go out of my way to hire him again.

I was going on vacation when I hired Brandan Davies. He just told me "enjoy your vacation and consider nothing has happened, you will receive an email later when your case is done". This guy don’t mess around hi help me with two criminal cases at two different courts at the same time I got a little probation in one and got the other case dismissed with my record not been the greatest hi did great work! I will recommend Brandan Davies , you won’t be disappointed with his work!

Brandan Davies was great to work with. He was able to take care of my speeding ticket with very little involvement from me. After I gave him my ticket information and paid the fee we agreed on, he assured me that he would take care of it. Sure enough, a few weeks later I received an email from him that the ticket had been amended, and that he was able to get it done cheaper than he quoted, so I will be receiving a check for the difference! I’m very glad that I hired Brandan Davies to handle my speeding ticket!
