Elizabeth and her paralegal, Patty, are simply amazing to work with. I engaged Elizabeth to represent me in my collaborative divorce, and there is no one better in KC if you are looking to use the process, which I highly recommend if you can remain amicable with your former spouse, want to keep as much control as you can over the process and the pace, and if you have minor children. Divorce is hard under the best circumstances, but without question I'm a believer that the collaborative process makes it as easy as it can be. Elizabeth is fantastic at keeping her clients paced and grounded throughout the process, and tailoring the needs of her clients to the process and how it works. She also has a stellar reputation and is well connected among the family law attorneys and judges, especially others who also are certified in the collaborative process. The established reputation and relationships allowed her to be extraordinarily effective in meeting my goals.

This company has given me the run around for at least three years now. At first, they appear to do as promised. But later that is not the case. They did not represent me in 2 court cases and resulted in my wages being garnished. Could never get in touch with an attorney, was getting nothing but a run around every time with the usual response, “Call back in three days”. They messed up my account and took anywhere from 6 to 8 months to fix, but truly was never completely fixed. With the constant response "we have never seen this happen before." The explanation was, “something went wrong with my bank routing number”. Which worked for a year and half with them. After 6 to 8 months of that excuse. They forced me to say on a recording that the reason was because of lack of funds which was not the case. One small debt was resolved. The other 3 debts were quite large. I took care of 2 of the 3 remaining debts myself because they did not do their job. The last debt I was making payments on. The final payment on that debt was collected and it was just was sitting in an account and was not being sent to the creditor. I am resolving the last debt myself. I have made some bad decisions in life. I can say dealing with this company is in the top 3. Nothing but extreme regrets.
