I was charged with felony Aggvated Battery + intentional body harm + reckless driving. 2022 July I bonded out then I reached out to Brandan. 7 days later I was arrested again because they added another felony charge : Eluding Police. I was locked in jail again and due to I am not a citizen I have to pay full bond AND throught a bond agency to fullfill my house of arrest + no contact order. Brandan made the judge decrease the bond from 50k to 10k, and then visited and hooked me up with a bond agency while I was in , He got me out even without having me pay first. He delivered my impounded car and got in touch with my parents in China while I was locked up, put me in a hotel nearby where I lived 6 months for no-contact order. He promised me to be released from HOA and would be able to drive again, he made both promises happend within 3 month. I had no friend in US and Brandan's team was here to support me the whole time. and He became my emergency contact. If I plea or lose at trial, I will lose my greencard and get evicted from US. So Brandan got me a pre-trial diversion . It's impossible for DV cases to get diversion in the first place, and I am having two agg felonies also I had a traffic diversion before, but Brandan MADE it happen. He also had an Immigration lawyer to review my PTI contract to make sure I will not be getting into trouble with Federal immigration law. Instead of risking eviction and losing driving privilege and felony convictions on trial, (eluding police + reckless driving is a big nono) I took the deal and now I am on my way to get the case dismissed and I am still driving. Brandan is hard-working, well resourced (knows everyone in the system) and his price is beyond reasonable. He under-promises and over-deliever; so please have faith with him because he is on the higher dimension where he foresees the danger and potential hazard ahead. He is a cool guy in life and turns into a full-automatic bulldog in courtroom that will argue for my benefit and well-being, he has the TALENT ,SKILLs and RESOURCE. and he CARES for the best result. If anyone needs to take their case to a trial, Brandan is the one to hire, NOT some optimistic labrador promise you one thing but lose at the trial eventually. He has a great reputation for a reason and himself is on TV and youtube. Alec is an amazing sweet girl, she is always friendly and nice. Like firepit in the winter, she warms my heart every time I try to reach out to Brandan; she never miss an email nor a phonecall. I get replied in a timely manner even I was neurosis and bugged them too much. It took 7 month to be on pre-trial diversion, due to Brandan has to consolidate my two seperate cases in one (and some of the charges magically disappeared during this process), he is a life saver and I don't have to do anything but tagging along the ride. He is nice to minority, foreigner and LGBT, resourceful in criminal justice system. As a good attorney, he follows the ABA procedure and care about client's well-being. He has strong sympothy and empathy towards client's need during this hard time of being charged. I will be back for update in 12 month Update: case dismissed and now awaiting for the bond back.
