If I had only known what a nightmare I was getting into I would never have signed up with them. Broken promises right from the get go, first they said that they would have all four of my accounts negotiated with in six months then it was nine months then fifteen months. After that they started saying that I need “to add extra funds to the account” an on and on. I finally got down to being like six months away from paying it off and asked them payoff amount. I sent it to them. I got charged the next month. I called them back, they said the previous representative did not get my verbal permission to close account. Do I gave that. Got charged the next month. Called them back they said “ Oh you have to pay administrative fees for another six months” I finally realized that I had been took hook line and sinker. Nobody, literally nobody knows what is going on on that place! Don’t make the same mistake I did!

Elizabeth is quite simply the best! She responds quickly, follows up with a sense of urgency and is available when you need her. My highest recommendation!

The company refuses to call me back or let me speak to any leadership, refused to allow me to pay off a creditor, false representation of debt balance, and accepted $4k I paid extra to complete payments with a creditor but would not apply the money to the creditor. I will be contacting the BBB
