Dude is a joke. I'll save u the trouble, it's cuz he got his law degree at some 5th rate school, he sucks at his job and no other attorneys like him or want him in their practice. U would b wise to seek representation else where. The bright side is like minded ppl associate so I'd steer away from this firm cuz they r probably all as stupid as this guy. P.S and he will talk to u crazy af on the phone knowing he would never talk to u like that or act like that in person. U know 1 of those ppl that cuz there's a phone between u he thinks he can talk and treat u how he wants. Basically an all around pos that would never talk to me how he did to my face. In person he would have been very friendly and we both know that.

I was referred to Jason from an old coworker (who is also an attorney) after I was hit as a pedestrian in a crosswalk. I felt certain contacting an attorney was a waste of time. I was told by police the driver was uninsured. I was just grateful my injuries weren't more serious, and I just figured I was on the hook for my bills. However, I followed my friend's advice reluctantly and reached out- so happy I did so!! Jason made me feel comfortable and assured me I wasn't wasting his time. He actually thought I might have options to recoup money for my bills, etc. He asked how I was and seemed genuinely grateful I was healing well. Both he and his paralegal promptly communicated with me when I had questions, but otherwise took care of everything so I didn't have to. There was some dispute about insurance, but Jason did determine there was insurance coverage. I never would have known how to navigate those systems without an experienced professional. I wouldn't have known where to start! Jason was able to get a settlement that was far above what I would have expected! Both my husband and I couldn't be more pleased we chose Jason Roth to represent me in this situation. Highly recommend!
