If I had only known what a nightmare I was getting into I would never have signed up with them. Broken promises right from the get go, first they said that they would have all four of my accounts negotiated with in six months then it was nine months then fifteen months. After that they started saying that I need “to add extra funds to the account” an on and on. I finally got down to being like six months away from paying it off and asked them payoff amount. I sent it to them. I got charged the next month. I called them back, they said the previous representative did not get my verbal permission to close account. Do I gave that. Got charged the next month. Called them back they said “ Oh you have to pay administrative fees for another six months” I finally realized that I had been took hook line and sinker. Nobody, literally nobody knows what is going on on that place! Don’t make the same mistake I did!

Elizabeth is quite simply the best! She responds quickly, follows up with a sense of urgency and is available when you need her. My highest recommendation!

Mr. Roth represented me in a traffic accident, when as a pedestrian I was struck by a car. He was easy to talk with, carefully gathered all pertinent information and diligently represented me. He made every effort to resolve my dispute with the other parties insurance company and eventually had to go to trial. During the trial he was reassuring to me and focused on only the facts of the case. I definitely recommend him as an excellent attorney.

The company refuses to call me back or let me speak to any leadership, refused to allow me to pay off a creditor, false representation of debt balance, and accepted $4k I paid extra to complete payments with a creditor but would not apply the money to the creditor. I will be contacting the BBB

Collin assisted me in this I got a traffic ticket; he got it resolved to the best of his ability, not the best outcome. How ever the office was very communicative and respectively priced.
