I just signed up with them a week ago!!! I know two people that used them and had wonderful results!!! I am excited to see where this takes me...I have two close friends that just signed up too.

I have been using Lexington Law firm to correct ONE discrepancy on my credit. I started in April, it is now July and not one thing has been fixed. I have been charged $109 per month for NOTHING. On my initial phone call they guaranteed results and if not a refund. I was just told I would be getting no refund and the plan of $109 was wrong from the beginning and I should have been on a $25 plan the entire time but that there was nothing they could do for me. Lexington lied saying the results were guaranteed or their money back. Lexington steered me wrong when I was inquiring about which plan would be best for my situation. DO NOT USE LEXINGTON LAW FIRM. I wish I had read the reviews prior to signing up. I am now out $100s of dollars.

I’m giving Lexington 4 stars because in the beginning meaning when I first signed up with them it was impossible to get ahold of them like seriously you’d be on hold for hours if you were even patient enough to wait that long. (They are working on that and it really has gotten a lot better as of yesterday when I called I only had to wait a few minutes!) I started to get nervous this whole thing was a scam so I contacted my long time personal/family lawyer and he said Lexington Law was legit. I’ve been with them 2 or 3 months they’ve removed several of my negative items and my credit score has gone up. I’ve done a lot of review research and everyone that has good things to say, say it takes about a year. So far I’m happy with what’s happening. You just have to be patient and trust the system.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a terrible company! Please do not do business with them. I signed up with the only two months ago and I was told I could cancel at anytime. That is a lie. I am currently trying to get a hold of them to remove my card on file and cancel their services due to lack of communication, results and discrepancy. I have been trying to contact them for 14 days with only failure as a result. I have been on hold for 40 minutes to 2 hours every single day with no one answering calls. This is unacceptable for any line of business and I don't recommend using their services AT ALL. I contacted them by email and left several only for them not to be repsonded to or answered. This is down right ridiculous for a company that claims to have 30+ years of business under their belt. Please do not use their services.
