Mission accomplished on a case that dated back to 1997. Many Thanks

My father is an IL resident and doesn’t know much English. I had to do most of the talking and translating for my father when explaining to Brian the situation. He is very patient and wants to hear your side of the story and clarify everything he hears. He gives some suggestions out for what may happen and I believe he will help my father get through all of this to live his life like normal again. Anytime I contact Brian via email or phone call he gets back to me the same day if not within 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend everyone to work with him. He keeps you calm and is there every step of the way. Amazing attorney!!!

I would not recommend Mr. Smith or his staff to anyone. I was treated with much disrespect, unprofessionalism and malice as if I was wasting his time and energy. I feel he does not have a caring bone in his body and has a very low opinion of women and of a client who did not meet his expectations of a worthwhile client. His staff hardly returned phone calls or emails. My experience with him was a farce and I would not wish his attitude on anyone.

I heard Brian was the 'go-to' in cases like mine and I was not wrong. From the first phone call, Brian was polite, patient, and his confidence put me at ease. He was disarmingly down-to-earth, frank, but incredibly friendly. I never felt like I was talking to 'my attorney'; more like a wise relative. Brian and Katie are great, and I'm extremely happy.

Rian has worked with me for a long time. I’ve recommended him to at least a few friends over the years. He does wonderful work at a very reasonable price. I’m starting to understand that responsiveness is tricky across the board and in all professions. I hope we’ll work together more in future and I’ll continue to refer friends to Rian regardless. The other thing that’s unfortunate is that I’ve been a bit of a “Karen” (hate that term, poor Karens) with Rian as a result so here’s hoping we can repair the relationship. If not, he’ll do fine without me and YOU can benefit from his expertise nonetheless. Here’s hoping your struggle ends quickly so that healing can begin ASAP. ❤️

Brian is a great attorney. Took time to prepare my case and the outcome was excellent. Very assuring as well that he is doing all he can to get a positive outcome. Very happy we managed to get positive results on all fronts. I highly recommend.
