Very unpleasant experience. Alan looked and treated me like roach from the very first moment. Always talking down in a very condescending tone, like I was so fortunate to have found him. Going through a divorce I was looking for professional guidance and he did nothing but rip me off. Gave him the $850 retainer, but after exchanging a couple messages I informed him that I didn’t agree with his plan and would no longer need his services. I requested a refund. he responded by saying he’d be keeping more than half because we met with me.

Very unpleasant experience. Alan couldn't even remember my name. When my attorney was getting jurisdiction to another state, he said it was the worst parent plan he has seen in his time of practice. Alot of things were missed in the court order because it wasn't even sent to the judge.

Upon contacting Alan Rosenak, he listened to my issues and immediately grasped what I was attempting to convey. I have had multiple dealings with attorneys and Alan, unlike many, is timely, compassionate yet gracefully firm when required. He was able to anticipate what I was hoping to accomplish with regard to a child support and maintenance adjustment. He composed a letter the very next day for my review and sent it to the appropriate party immediately upon my approval. Further into the process, Alan was able to review, dissect and summarize the pertinent and impactful information provided during the process. This information was then applied to a single far reaching and comprehensive letter presented to the other party at an intrinsic time in the negotiations. This resulted in a very favorable outcome on my behalf. I find Alan to be a consummate professional and I cannot possibly recommend him highly enough.
