I write precious few reviews. Dan assisted with my mother's unsettled estate. I was so impressed I returned to have him set up our trust. He is professional and thorough, accommodating and personable. He has a gift for turning an appointment with a lawyer into a visit with a friend, all while obtaining the information he needs. I would highly recommend his expertise in estate issues. The final product was a beautiful document, and he remains available without charge for questions that come up regarding our end of completing the trust process. Dan deserves more than the five stars. I will miss working with him.

Dan did an excellent job in resolving a legal matter for us. We were able to settle out of court for a fraction of an original amount. We certainly appreciate his kindness & professionalism!

Great information and very thorough on setting up a trust. Dan is very knowledgeable about trusts and all the aspects of setting one up. He went over and above what most attorneys would do and didn't charge for every little minute. One charge for all the time and communication he did for us. And he did extra work to help us out without charging us. We would highly recommend Dan for all your trust needs.

I was originally just looking to get my house in a trust to protect my assets, Dan was able to guide my self and my spouse through the complete process in a way that we both could understand. After that I was able to call and ask questions at anytime for no extra fees, a very nice perk! Then several years later We moved to another state, and when I tried to update and put in new addresses with a local attorney I got a terrible run around. My husband and I met Dan Dorsch several years ago. He led us through the legal aspects of having a trust, how it worked and what steps were needed after he completed our trust. He took time to explain things thoroughly, answer questions and made us feel very comfortable discussing financial issues with him. Fast forward several years, and I found myself calling Dan again to ask questions concerning our trust due to the fact my husband had been diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. I wanted to make sure we had everything in place prior to his passing. Dan again took time to answer all my questions and graciously offered his assistance during my husband's illness. Once my husband passed, I again needed Dan's advice. He walked me through the process of what I would need to do and how. I can't think of anyone else I would trust with my legal matters. Dan is a man of integrity and humility.

Mr Dorsh was very thorough, informative and helpful with my requests. Although it was not his primary interest he used his years of knowkedge and good relations to find answers for me.
