During the Covid 19 pandemic, these lovely souls just placed a Lien against my checking and savings account for a $600 payday loan that tripled to $1800!!! This, by the way ,is the account my direct deposit goes into. All my money is frozen. I am a single mother without any family. I don’t even have .50 to buy a loaf of bread from Aldi or pay my rent or car insurance. I would’ve rather they just garnish my check instead of taking all my money... even the $4.75 I had in my saving!!

Be careful with them, you may pay off your debt and then they will tell you that they weren’t expecting you to pay it off ahead of schedule so they actually refunded some of your payments earlier without you knowing so you still owe money. Shading, unwell run company. Pay close attention to make sure they don’t try to scam you!!!

Dont waste your time trying to settle your debt because they wont give you all the neccessary information, ignore you, and garnish your wages anyway. Matt is a horrid individual and deserves nothing but horrid things to happen to him.

I had a Debt that was turned over to B&R. Given the unfortunate circumstances, they were easy to work with, communicated effectively, and helped me pay off the debt. I say this with all respect, one of the good law firms I never want to work with again!!!
