Helped me greatly by allowing me to speak with an attorney since I needed legal advice, and even though they could not help me with my particular need ( Probate) they pointed me in the right direction, and gave me some basic info, which eased my mind a lot.

Multiple times different people stated they were able to help us then we get a letter from Eric Rosenblad stating "We are not an entitlement agency" If you are not able to help then quit saying you are then leading us on and then sending a letter saying your not going to help. You folks are rubbish.
