I was referred to this firm by the Kansas Bar Association. What really annoys me is being referred to a firm only to have two weeks wasted due to the attorney "being too busy to handle the case." If you are too busy then stop accepting clients and stop wasting people's time if you are not able to handle the demand. Beyond frustrating.
